Our 5 step hiring process:

1. Attend in-person interview with the Center Director.

2. Attend observational interview in the classroom with the Lead Teacher or Academy Director (may take up to 3 hours).

3. Verify background check and references.

4. Obtain CPR/First Aid, Child Care Permit, and TB Test

5. Start your orientation and onboarding process.
